SA-J63. Japanese Yari or Spear Head from
the 1800s
This is a three blade yari which has been sent back to Japan to be
professionally clean and polished by a master sword polisher. The Tang
of this yari is signed and has been translated to read the
following "" Bakufui Samurai, I Gawa Hisa Yuki at 79 years of age
have made this Feb 15
1862 "" This is a very Fine quality yari Spear Head.........$3,500.

SA-J62. Japanese
15th Century Samurai Wakizashi Sword,
This
old sword blade is from the early 1400s but was cut down to a
wakizashi
sometime in the 17th or 18th century cutting off the signature section.
The Blade is a nice clean 20 3/4"long , it has an Iron Tsuba and a
blueish
lace Samurai wrap over Ray skin. Scabbard is Black laquared
wood........$1,500.

SA-J61 Rare Japanese High
Official's Tachi Sword, this sword has a very bright and clean 30
1/2" long blade, with heavy
engraved dragon on it, the tsuba is an early high quality issue. Tang
is signed and dated (most likely around 1750 - 1850
era). Ranking house hold insignia on the beautiful
Tachi
Scabbard. Handle is an 11" long issue. This is
one top quality early
Tachi..........$16,000.

SA-J60. Edo Period Japanese Samurai Armor, this
armor is
in a
little rough condition and could use some restoration, but it still
displays very well and is a nice grouping from a Samurai warriers
Armor, This set has a Breast plate and back plate, some of the
connecting piece between the breast plate and the back plate are broken
or missing, but as you can see it still wears well on the form and
overall is almost complete. This set has a pair of full hand and
arm protectors, the cloth inside these protectors is sreading some from
age, but again it is still complete and intact, it has a front
protection skirt, which needs restoration, and it has a rare Edo
Samurai Helmet. The edging connectors from the helmet are there, but
need to be reinstalled to the helmets edge with wire or something, but
as you can see by the picture its there, also the laquared coating on
the helmet is flaking off. This is a very, very interesting old
Samurai Armor set.......$6,000.
