Government issue used for display at Government buildings and the like.
It is marked on the back (For Exhibition Porposes Only) It
has
an early full wrapped brooch and it is

Military Order of the Purple Heart certificates to (Capt. William
P. Hayes) This is a nice group of certificates and a Purple Heart.
The first document is a Citation for Meritorious and Conspicuous
service in the Military Order of the Purple Heart. Second document is
to this same officer as Commander of the Pennsylvania order 1955-1957
and the third document is to him as commander 1951-1952. A very nice
Purple Heart group from the 1950s.......$250. more pics
